All our evening workshops are held locally between 6.30-8.30pm and are free for Houseflys registered landlords to attend. [Non-registered landlords: £5 per session. All Tenants: Free].
We are planning the next set of workshops for September, October and November 2010.
'Possession Procedures' Workshop: Tuesday 21st September 2010
Solicitor Toyin Davidson-Ero, from MK Legal Solicitors will be facilitating our 3rd workshop focussing on Housing Law. For this session, Toyin will be highlighting the 'Possession Procedure': what procedures landlords have to adopt legally to obtain possession of their property. Question and Answer session to deal with your queries on possession and legal tenancy issues.

National Landlords Association Milton Keynes Branch Meetings are open to NLA members and non-members alike. The NLA is a national, membership based organisation designed to support landlords in matters related to the private rented sector. Their aim is 'To Promote + Protect the Private Residential Landlord': www.landlords.org.uk

'L.H.A Rent Collection Scheme'
NLA Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes Credit Union + Milton Keynes Council have developed a Local Housing Allowance Rent Collection Scheme for private rented sector tenants.
